We received for one week service rejuvenative ayurvedic treatments under the guidance of Dr.Reshmi Pramod.The treatments comprised various kinds of ayurvedic massages and cleansing procedures. All the treatments were a wonderful experience and led to an increase of well-being and vitality. Also, we were surprised of experiencing a deep relaxing state and some very beneficial psychological effects. Therefore, we perceived it as an optimum treatment also for stress relief. All treatments were done in high quality and within the very nice and peaceful atmosphere of the Bolgatty Palace Hotel.
