You hereby agree and confirm that you shall click on the links to and familiarize yourself with these Terms and Conditions and other terms, conditions and guidelines found throughout this Website and abide by them. YOUR USE/ACCESS OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR USE/AVAILING OF ANY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES CONTAINED HEREIN.    For the purposes of these Terms "User" shall mean any person who uses the Website, uses/accesses any of the services provided on the Website and/or uses/avails any of the services (including but not limited to any counselling, consulting, retreats or rehabilitation programs) provided by Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod. The Website shall be deemed to be used by you when it is loaded and/or continues to be loaded in temporary or permanent memory of your mobile phone, computer or any other device or in the internet browser thereof. Our own records of the use of the Website maintained through computer systems or otherwise, shall be deemed accepted as conclusive and binding proof of such use.
   The use of this Website by you may be discontinued, terminated or modified at any time by us without any notice to you if you violate any part of the Terms or for any reason whatsoever.

2. Registration with www.jeevaniyam.com
   To avail some of the services on the Website Users will be required to register with the Website and create an account. A User shall never access/use another User's account without permission. When registering with the Website and creating an account, User must provide accurate and complete information. User shall solely be responsible for use of his/her account and for activity of the account. User must not disclose the password of User's account. User shall immediately notify www.jeevaniyam.com by sending an email to info@jeevaniyam.com in the event of any breach of security or unauthorized use of User's account. Any access codes or passwords ("User Codes") that the User creates or www.jeevaniyam.com supplies as part of the service are for the User's personal use, and the User is responsible for their confidentiality. All statements made and acts or omissions that occur while the User Codes are being used shall be deemed to have originated conclusively from the User's end and the User shall be responsible for the same and/or any misuse thereof. www.jeevaniyam.com Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod. shall not be liable for any losses/damages caused/arising due to breach of security of User's account or any unauthorized use of User's account and User shall indemnify / Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod for all losses/damages suffered by Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod due to any unauthorized use of User's account. User agrees to provide accurate and complete medical history required by www.jeevaniyam.com/ Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod prior to availing the services provided by Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, www.jeevaniyam.com/ Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod shall not have any liability whatsoever in the event User does not provide accurate and complete medical history.

3. Restrictions on use
   The User agrees to use the Website strictly for the User's personal and non-commercial use. The User agrees that User will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Website servers or systems, or any servers or systems used by www.jeevaniyam.com. The User agrees not to use this Website for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

8.    Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod is committed to protecting the User's privacy and shall take all efforts to protect any personal data provided to the Website by reasonable security safeguards against such risks as loss or unauthorised use, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of data. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

   IN ANY EVENT JEEVANIYAM/ITS PROPRIETOR DR RESHMI PRAMOD’S TOTAL AGREGATE LIABILITY TO A USER SHALL BE LIMITED TO AMOUNTS, IF ANY, ACTUAL PAID BY USER TO Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod.

8.   Indemnity
   
   User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, losses, obligations, liabilities, damages, costs, debt and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal, expert and accounting fees, incurred in connection with any claims, actions or demands alleging or resulting from:
1. User's use of the Website or any material (including software) on the Website; or
2. User's breach of the Terms, or
3. User's violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
4. User using/availing of any of the services (including but not limited to any counselling, consulting, retreats or rehabilitation programs) provided by Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod; or
5. User's violation of any law.
   
   This defence and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and User's use of the Website.

1. General
   
   The operation of the Website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of Jeevaniyam/Its Proprietor Dr Reshmi Pramod’s control.
